FAQ: How Do I Use Rental Rewards?

Once you have enough points, you can begin redeeming points for cash and gift cards. Below are some commonly asked questions regarding how to redeem your accumulated points.
- How do I redeem my cash points?
- Click on the “Rewards” button at the top of any page to enter the Rewards section of Rental Rewards. Browse through the various merchant rewards offerings. Choose the amount of reward that you want to receive. Click the reward ad and a pop up window will appear. Complete your redemption order request and click submit. You will then be notified when your redemption item is shipped. You’re points are deducted immediately. All redemption transactions are final.
- How do I redeem bonus points?
- Enter the “Rewards” section of the Rental Rewards website by clicking on the “Rewards” button at the top of any page. On the Rewards landing page, click on the Redeem Bonus Points Button at the top of the page. Browse down the list of redemption offers for the bonus points. Click on an offer and follow the instructions for receiving the redemption.
- What types of things can I get with my cash points?
- You can redeem your cash points for gift cards from a number of merchants such as boutiques, hotels, restaurants, name brand stores and more. You may also choose to redeem your points for a cash card.
